The journey starts with the V1 simulator. Download the simulator free and get ready to experience the nearest thing to a real Real Car out side of an F1 laboratory. Even if you only stop there, you'll discover driving skills you never knew you had. If you go on and enter a competition you will undertake a series of highly accurate interactive tests and races designed to uncover young racing talent, incorporating physiological and psychometric measures developed for the pro market. Every move you make during the tests and in the racing is measured and analysed so we can see precisely where you stand in relation to our ideal racer datum.

If you show up as have one or more talent attributes you are then asked to join a select number of your online competitors on to the real world shootout stages of the competition. Each racer will meat the same exacting tests and evaluation process in the real world as they have online were one racer will win the drive and or career.
